Wife and I had the shrimps and grits. $20 each but the helpings were large in a large pasta type bowel with about 8 large shrimps and of course the garlic bread and dipping oil. I spend a lot of time in Orleans and this was good. Waiter was spot on and a local blues band played for 2 straight hours. Was very pleased.
- cliff wRestaurant goers in El Dorado have no need to go out of town for fine dining, great service, and some of the best cuisine I have ever experienced. Recently, I entertained 14 guest for a very Special Occasion, my wedding party. They ordered 7 8oz Filet Mignon, 1 14oz Ribeye, 4 Crawfish Julia Grouper, and 2 Salmon. Thirteen (baked potato's ) It is GREAT to be able to get a baked potato or mashed potatoes with your meal. Not the case with some local restaurants. All of the food was cooked to perfection and served without incident. A special thanks to Susan, Manager, for doing an outstanding job and her attention to detail could not have been better. All of our guest commented on how smooth things went and what a wonderful evening it was for all. Dean Morrison, owner, spends his time in the kitchen cooking and supervising. - Leonelle NEveryone was friendly. Our waiter was Chris. He was great. They bring out garlic bread that is nothing like you get anywhere else. I had grilled salmon with grilled veggies and a baked potato and my husband had catfish and fries. Everything was so good!!
